Good pair of French or Flemish walnut Baroque armchairs, having upholstered high squared backs and seats with brass stud detailing now recovered in fresh linen, with downswept arms ending in rolled handles, the legs and stretchers with "os de mouton" shapes, the centre stretcher bearing the date 1678 with a fleur-de-lys. Stylish and comfortable.
