Rare George III period rosewood and satinwood cabinet of unusually shallow proportions, the white marble top with “cookie” corners over single drawer and two paneled doors, the corners with turned and carved posts having flutes with carved decoration, the two doors having figured satinwood oval panels, the interior with original painted hatched decoration, standing on tall turned turnip feet, the whole of elegant proportions and most unusually with original pier mirror with matching turned and carved posts and retaining original gilt lining and one original mercury glass plate and one later replacement.
