George IV mahogany library armchair or bergere with suede upholstery and exposed mahogany with reeding to arms, sides, back and seat. Square back with distinctive lumbar curve. Turned columns to front of arms over columnar front legs with brass castors and sabered back legs, also with brass castors. England, circa 1820.
