A statuesque 18th century chest on chest in burled walnut with glorious color, featuring canted and reeded corners, graduated and crossbanded drawers, pierced brass hardware, a demilune inlaid star in the lower drawer and a secretary desk that hides away into a drawer, standing on bracket feet. England, circa 1780.
