A molded copper and zinc horse and sulky weathervane, American, third quarter of the 19th century Fine swell bodied weathervane, depicting the famous race horse "Mountain Boy" in trotting position, behind a cast-zinc and molded copper driver seated in a sulky with two multiple spoke wheels, mounted on a rod in a black metal base, having excellent all-over verdigris.
